Stephen was raised in Florida in a neighborly family with a strong focus on community service, faith, and courtesy. Stephen Michalakos started his career in real estate as a result of his passion for the industry and profession with many mentors of close involvement in real estate development and investment. Stephen has extensive experience in marketing and sales as well as an appreciation of customer relationships; He truly prides himself on viewing and treating his clients as good friends.
Since 2011, Stephen has enjoyed living in Tallahassee and taking-in the natural beauty of the Capital City. While attending T.C.C. and Florida State University, Stephen earned his place in the Honors College and volunteered with Relay for Life, the Inter-Fraternity Council, the Tallahassee Greek Food Festival, and Dance Marathon.
In professional life, Stephen has earned opportunities in management, sales and marketing as both an entrepreneur and Google associate. His tradition of service stays alive with the Tallahassee Board of Realtors of which he currently serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee working closely with policy makers and has the enormous pleasure in working with the TBR Social Committee.
In the office, Stephen enjoys planning and strategizing with his clients while employing state-of-the-art methods to ensure that everyone's needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Stephen is a team-player and advocate for his colleagues in the Century 21 office; On any given day, he is scouting different neighborhoods and prides himself on being one of the first to know when a home is coming to market.
On his days off, Stephen enjoys fishing, kayaking and taking his dog ‘Ivy’ to Tom Brown park or the beach. His favorite hobbies include working on his car, hiking, memorizing useless facts, and cooking exotic dishes. He always loves to wind down with a cold beer and barbeque with friends after a long-fought day in the hustle & bustle world of real estate.
